Comfort Zone Neoprene Drysuit Pro

  • This is the most popular Pro drysuit product available, The Comfort Zone Drysuit Pro model (CZD) by Oceaner, uses a higher grade material for both durability and warmth / comfort: See below for more details on this drysuit.
  • Neoprene is the preferred material for drysuit diving as it allows the diver to be streamlined which creates less drag; increasing the bottom time.
  • Check out the added features / upgrades from the standard or plus drysuit models! with the PRO drysuit model in the blue highlighted section!
  • The CZD Pro is designed the same as the CZD and has the same value added features of a free thigh pocket and instrument sleeve but is also has value added these features
  • The neoprene is a chemically compressed 3mm which means is is for colder water comfort.
  • The outside finish is commonly referred to as dinahide is a very durable bylon that has moderate stretchiness.
  • It has exaggerated Kevlar knee pads, BDM brass zipper, a zipper flap, neck dam, and comes with a bag.
  • This suit is recommended for Professional Divers and those who commonly dive water below 60 degrees.
  • In summary, this suit is for colder water use and is more durable, but has less flexibility than our other two suits. Keep in mind, it has much more flexibility than any shell suit on the market as they have no or very little flexibility at all. That is why we stick with neoprene for any diving other than HazMat.
  • The CZD feels like a loose fitting wetsuit and enables the diver to have unmatched dexterity and unrestricted flexibility.
  • The inner seams are heat pressure taped and guaranteed not to leak.
  • Additionally, the TiZip requires little maintenance and allows the diver ease of donning and doffing.
  • The seals are a unique 3mm neoprene StretchTex that are not only comfy but tough which means they will not tear or run as latex seals often do.
  • The CZD utlizies DSV adjustable valves placing exhaust valve on the bicep allowing dumping air fast and increasing the ability to achieve neutral buoyancy. If one's personal preference prefers exhaust valve be placed elsewhere, we happily offer that option.
  • While extra large Kevlar knee pads are standard, the tapered leg design reduces air flow to the feet making each dive safer. The CZD comes standard with an integrated instrument sleeve on the forearm enabling the diver to securely place a compass, dive computer, watch or wrist slate for information at a quick glance.
  • Custom sizes are available and you can also have your name screened on the suit for extra personalization.
  • Features
  • The Comfort Zone Drysuit TiZip zipper is more durable, flexible, and requires less maintenence than standard brass zippers. A little silicon grease on the outside every 6 dives is all that is needed and since it flexes, you can flex too.
  • The wrist seal is a StretchTex material that has a supple, skin on skin feeling and makes a seal on your wrist by the air inside the suit. It's very durable because the opposite side of the skin is a nylon material that is tough and will not tear or run as latex does. Plus, the StretchTex works on air compression, which is much more comfortable and forgiving than latex seals that work by constriction.
  • The neck seal is a StretchTex material that has a supple, skin on skin feeling and makes a seal on your neck by the air inside the suit. It's very durable because the opposite side of the skin is a nylon material that is tough and will not tear or run as latex does. Plus, the StretchTex works on air compression, which is much more comfortable and forgiving than latex seals that work by constriction.
  • You need to measure your neck size with a soft flexible tape measure! Once you have the sizing send it to piranhadivemfg@aol.com with the subject line saying "Neck seal measurement" This will allow us to make sure your neck seal will fit you properly
  • This feature is includued on all stock suits! The large leg pocket is 9" x 6" x 2" with three tiny drainage holes and a long 1" strip of velcro for secure closure. It can hold large items such as a 100lb lift bag, giant reel, 8 D flashlight, etc. Additional pockets and other accessories are also available at reasonable prices.
  • Most experienced divers will agree that wetsuits and drysuits will see their end by either seam failure or knee pads worn out. Comfort Zone seams are guaranteed for life of suit and the exaggerated Kevlar knee pads insure that your knee abrasions will sustain a long time of abuse.
  • The streamlined DSV Intake Valve, with its large button and protective cap insures that the nozzle won't damage your suit while in transport to your destination. Notice the silver color sheen of the black nylon; this is the Titanium Layer which reflects the cold water back outside. The inside layer reflects your body heat back to your body, to retain warmth inside the suit. The quality Yamamoto neoprene and its' stretch-ability insures a nice streamlined fit all around your body that helps reduce drag while increasing your air consumption and bottom time. The same stretch-ability allows you to add undergarments as needed by the environment you are diving in.
  • The streamlined DVS exhaust valve can be placed at your bicep (standard), wrist, or chest. There is no extra charge for the valve palcement of your choice. Another unique feature included in the price of Comfort Zone Scuba Drysuits is the Instrument Sleeve. The Instrument Sleeve can hold a compass, dive computer, watch, slate or other items, to provide the information you need with just a quick glance.
