We will gladly accept any product for a full refund (less shipping) if you contact us for an RMA number and the product has not been used or is in the original packaging it was sent in. You must send us an email within 30 days of the sale in order for us to process your refund!

Product returns without an RMA number will have a restocking fee of 10% deducted from the order total, minus the shipping costs. Product that has been used cannot be returned for a refund or credit unless there is a product defect.
