Shipping

International & Canada Shipments:
For our Canadian customers we are shipping into Canada via the U.S. Post Office.  In most cases we will use their flat rate priority boxes to ship unless your order is small and light.  We will select the best way to ship your product to keep costs down unless you select a rush shipment.  You can select a shipping method and we will review it to see if the flat rate saves you money.  If you have any questions about shipping you can also make a comment in the comment box during check out and we will review it.

In most cases you will save money on duty costs!  Depending on your order amount or what you are purchasing your savings could be huge and you may also be able to avoid paying duty.

The only issue is that shipping via the post office is slower and there is no tracking for the product you ordered.

If you select Fed-Ex you will be charged duty on your order when we ship to you!  This allows our order to move quicker through the border.  Please be aware that if you select Fed-Ex you will get duty costs added to your order at the time of shipment.

Domestic Shipping:
We ship via Fed-Ex or United States Post Office.  If you receive damaged product please alert your delivery person or delivery company to resolve the problem first.  If the package is damaged DO NOT SIGN FOR IT!  Ask that it be returned and we will work with you.  Once you sign we cannot do anything with the shipper it will be your responsibility to work with that shipper.

We will be glad to assist you with tracking or shipping information but these companies will only work with the receiver in most cases.  We will be glad to supply you a tracking number where applicable.
