This pads helps if you have a harness and do not use a padded shoulder strap this will keep your webbing from rolling over or you can use this for holding your tanks in place on your cam straps!
This pad also helps when you are diving heavy cylinders you do not have the webbing cutting into your shoulders. Reduces shoulder pain and pressure. This is a flexible piece of rubber but still is harder then soft shoulder pads so please keep this in mind for your use
