Every diver should carry one in their dive bag to do a quick check of their regulator. This will alwys let you know if your first stage is properly adjusted or if there is an issue!
Just quickly connect to your BC inflator hose fitting and turn the pressure on and see what your reading is: Most regulators are set around 145psi
