We use a 550 heavy duty para-cord

We use on the one end a 3/8" swivel bolt snap in 316 stainless steel to clip off to your rig

The two other lines use a 3/4" inch plastic snap quick release buckle with loops at the end 

Overall length: 14" inches

Lanyard loop length is 4 1/2" inch each end

At the split each of the two legs are 9 1/2" inches long including the plastic quick release clip
