Both plastic sheaths in black and phosphorescence work with 2" inch webbing

Opening and closing is a breeze! To open just rotate the handle to the open blade position. When you wish to close you depress the little trianle detents on each side to close.

Note: But what we really love about these shears is once you onpen then for use and you want to place them back in one of the plastic holster we sell in our drop down box you can leave it fully open and insert it in the holster! Yup you can quickly move on if you need to use them and do not have time to re-fold them or becuase you are using a thicker pair of gloves making it harder to depress the closure buttons it is no an issue just slide it in to the holster and finish your dive! Clever and making these just awesome to use for any dive or if you need to use them quickly and then get to the surface

The blades are made out of 420 Stainless Steel and these have a black coating

We do recommend that you either rainse and dry them after your dive or use silicone spray or lube on the blades keeping them looking good. Like any 420 stainless steel product it is best to remove them from your pocket and dry them! We use a light spray of silicone keeping them working and looking like new!!
