* This will allow for fine tuning of your weight requirement without having to do any disassembly.

* We include 1 plate and 2 pieces of bungee.

* Plate is molded from rugged glass-filled nylon for maximum durability.

* We recommend the following lead for these plates 1, 2, 3 and 4 lbs (454g, 907g, 1.36kg, and 1.8kg) blocks of lead.

* Numerous pyramid anchor points bite into the webbing to keep the plate securely in place.
